Story: Asphalt used to be an accountant named Staney until Herr Doktor Krieg kidnapped him and subjected him to the Cloud Ray. Now Staney, enhanced with mysterious power from the Cloud Dimension, has undergone a transformation and calls himself "Asphalt". He fights to stop Herr Doktor Krieg from destroying all the clouds in the world.
